- General Rules -

Rx: 135#/95#
Scaled/Masters: 115#/75#, toes to ring, chin over bar pull ups
Rookie: 75#/55#, hanging knee raises, jumping chin over bar pull ups

An athlete must complete a minimum of three hang power cleans before tagging their partner.

An athlete must complete the entire round they are on before tagging their partner to move onto the next round. Each round increases by 1 rep following the run around the tower. The run is approximately 60m.

EVENT #2:

3 Rep Max Front Squat

- General Rules -

Each team will have 6 minutes to build to their individual 3RM front squat. Each athlete must establish an individual 3RM. The movement will start from the floor (no racks), so each athlete must clean the bar to the front rack before attempting the front squat. Any clean to the front rack is acceptable and the first rep may be a squat clean. The set starts over if the bar is dropped before completing all three reps.
